Why sell tickets?

First, it's important to explain the context and the reasons why we have opted to move towards tickets. The current telephone-based reservations system is simply inefficient and blocks our phone-lines for discussions with customers about their reservation or any other queries. We often get complaints that our phone-line is constantly engaged and that's something we want to change. With the new system you can book a table much quicker and easier online, as you would a theatre or gig ticket and our reservations team is here if you have any questions. In addition to this with reservation no-shows running at around 5% and last minute cancellations at a further 10%, we feel that guests on our waitlist and ourselves as a restaurant, are being treated unfairly by a small minority of guests. This results in huge costs for the restaurant that we would rather spend making sure everyone's experience is the best it can be.

How much does a ticket to The Clove Club cost?

The price varies depending on the date and time.

What does a ticket purchased from The Clove Club get me?

Your ticket is inclusive of the food. Beverage pairings may be selected at the time of purchase for an additional cost, service is settled on the night with any additional items you have ordered.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We can accommodate any dietary requirement with advance notice. However, if you have additional questions please contact the restaurant at hello@thecloveclub.com prior to your visit to make arrangements.

Do you take walk-ins?

We welcome walk-ins at any time for any menu, but please be aware on busy nights you should book in advance to avoid disappointment!
